Dylan Boye is a photographer, designer, and creative — and it shows. His images from the 2023 Block Party have an eye for the human moments: a toddler (his), a father and child, a skateboard and a massage, the experiences that make the party personal, but most people don't experience together. This was also the first year Main Street fully closed for pedestrians to gather, giving the whole event a different energy — more room to breathe, more room to wander, more room to get lost in it. Dylan was there to catch it all.
