The Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce will sponsor the 2024 Springfield’s The BLOCK Party community mural by local artist/muralist Bayne Gardner in the back parking lot of the Emerald Art Center. The Chamber will sponsor a booth located on 5th Street with information and activities centered around their community mission, and a celebration of their 75^th anniversary of incorporation.

At the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, when we say, “We Open Doors,” we are saying that we explore every opportunity to enhance the vibrancy of our community by exposing and creating pathways for our businesses and citizens to thrive.

As such, the Chamber is honored to sponsor the Springfield BLOCK Party, an event that brings the entire community together for a day of fellowship, recreation, creativity, and hometown spirit. The Emerald Art Center mural project provides us with a unique opportunity to address several Chamber tenets all at once: disrupt conventional perceptions; deliver a welcoming experience; and of course, enhance the quality of the place where we live.
