We had a great group conversation about how great the party was, what we can do to make it better and how it made us feel...spoiler alert... "Awesome"!
We know a few things, but, for the most part, we're still very much in the planning phases: here's the short Q&A:
Why is the party so Great?
Attendees and business owners said last year was, “Exciting... Surprising...Fun...Energizing...A little bit of Everything. Incredible to see!”
What is the same this year?
The Party Footprint will remain the same this year: closing Main Street from Pioneer to 7th, with 4th and 5th between South A and A.
No “main stage” per se, but wandering performers and businesses activating their spaces for people to discover new parts of the event throughout the night.
What is changing?
Increased staff for ops, security, & alcohol monitoring.
Dedicated food & beer serving area away from the center of the event.
More free activities for Citizens including larger games, toddler play area, etc
What does the party need?
All organizations are invited to financially support the party, even if they don’t want a tent spot.
We need savory food trucks & premium experience sponsors to help grow the awesomeness of the event.
When will i know?
Applications will be approved on a rolling basis, no later than July 8th. Vendor packets with info will be sent out by July 17th.
Your EXACT LOCATION will be sent to you on August 26th with more specific info for day of.
