Bounce, Slide, Lava: Meet the Family Fun Coming to Springfield's The Block Party 2026

If your crew is counting down to September 12th, this one's for you. Two of our Family Sponsors are bringing serious bounce energy to Downtown Springfield this year, and we wanted to give you the full rundown before the big night.

The Drifters Bring the Big Kid Energy

Our hometown baseball team is back as Family Sponsor for The Block Party 2026, and they're not messing around. Here's what's waiting in the middle of Main Street:

Floor Is Lava-This bouncy monstrosity will be sure to keep you trying. Come see who in your family can survive the longest.

Giant Slide-Eighteen feet of excitement, suitable for kids from 5 to 92. Yes, we mean you too.

Obstacle Course-Forty feet long and built for ages 5 to 12, this one will keep the kids running the whole night.

Meet Rapid-Are you 6 bones tall? Fetch 200 per game? Then you'll fit right in with Rapid, the Drifters' legendary mascot. Stop by the batting cage game and say hello.

Since their founding, the Drifters have made giving back to Springfield part of who they are. We couldn't be happier to have them back at our annual celebration.

CLF Network's Toddler Zone: Just for Our Littlest Neighbors

Not every activity at The Block Party is built for big obstacle courses and 18-foot slides, and that's exactly why we love what CLF Network is bringing this year. Their Toddler Zone gives our littlest citizens their own safe, dedicated spot to enjoy the streets, with activities sized just right for them.
